Due to the nature of our hand-stitched designs, it is normal for a small amount of water to seep through the seams. Like all genuine leather products that are not labeled as "waterproof," we recommend avoiding use in heavy rain or snow, or in puddles.

All of our shoes—both lined and unlined—are made entirely from genuine leather and do not contain chemical or harmful color fixatives. As a natural result, the dye may transfer to your feet or socks; therefore, we recommend choosing socks in tones similar to the lining color.

Due to the natural structure of leather, sweat and melted snow can cause salt residue to appear on the surface of the shoes. In such cases, you can gently wipe the product with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry at room temperature.

Our products are covered by a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Optionally, you can extend the warranty to 1 years for an additional fee. In addition, as a reflection of our commitment to long-lasting style, we offer a 2-year guarantee to supply the same product.
All warranty terms are secured under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers. To ensure that our products accompany you flawlessly for many years, we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines specified in the Material and Care section. However, in cases of misuse beyond these instructions, responsibility lies with the consumer.
